Prepare for an international language exam in German at the Caledonian School
TELC are internationally recognized language exams in German. In Europe, they have a greater value than Czech state exams. Levels of these international language exams correspond with the Common European Framework.
It is necessary to prepare for these exams in a special preparation course (we reccommend 20x90 minutes). It is important to review the target vocabulary and grammar structures. Most importantly, it is necessary to learn about individual parts of the exam and take a series of practice tests.
Our trained teachers have access to special exam practice materials from the publishing house Klett and Hueber and original practice tests published by the Goethe Institute. Teacher prepares students for the exam, administers a mock exam (all its three parts) and recommends or does not reccomend student's registration.
It is possible to take the international language exam at the Goethe Institute or Státní jazyková škola (State Language School). Dates of exams are announced throughout the year (mostly in May, June, October, and November) always two-three months prior to the exams. It is necessary to register in time (at least one month before the exam) and pay the fee.
You can choose an international exam which is suitable for your level in the following chart. If you do not know your current language level, you can take our placement test.

You can find more information about dates and prices of the exams at http://www.goethe.de/ins/cz/pra/lrn/prf/csindex.htm.
