International Language Exams
Prepare for an international exam at the Caledonian School
Our language school has a long-lasting experience with organizing preparation courses for international Cambridge exams. In school year 2010-2011 we have prepared almost 1000 students for the Cambridge exams. More than 85% of our students are successful in passing the Cambridge exams. We prepare students for exams PET (Cambridge English: Preliminary), FCE (Cambridge English: First), CAE (Cambridge English: Advanced) and CPE (Cambridge English: Proficiency).
In 2011 Cambridge ESOL has decided to change the names of Cambridge Exams. The new name consists of the universal umbrella term Cambridge English, followed by the appropriate exam level.
Caledonian School will keep using both terms, for the time being, preparatory courses keep the name that you have been used to (e.g. FCE 60, CAE 120 etc.). The whole change is explained in the following chart:
We also offer preparatory courses in legal English ILEC and business English BEC.
Caledonian School will prepare you for international language exams in English, German, French or Spanish. We are an accredited testing centre for the following international exams: TOEIC, TFI.
This year we open new preparation courses for American TOEFL exam and also the IELTS certificate.
In our language courses, you can also prepare for international exams in German (Zertifikat Deutsch), Spanish (DELE), and French (DELF, DALF).
