Overseeing the Beginning of Courses
Creating study groups and schedules, selecting a teacher:
Students will be divided into groups based on their language level (determined by the Placement Test), as well as their position or required specialization or focus of the course. The Course Manager will create a chart with language levels of individual students, divide them into groups and suggest schedules according to the client’s requirements. The Course manager will also choose suitable teachers. All information will be then sent to the contact person in the company, or the students‘ supervisors. The students will be informed of the starting date of the lessons.
Providing information to students before the lessons start:
In order to make communication easier, Caledonian School prepares Student Guidelines for all the students. Students receive these guidelines from their course manager via e-mail before the lessons start.
Overseeing the beginning of the course:
The Course Manager is responsible for having lessons begin as soon as possible. In the event that the first lesson is postponed, the Course manager will inform the contact person and all the students in time.
Solving operational matters:
Course Managers are available for students during the entire course. Students can contact them with questions or possible complaints. Complaints are also solved by our Academic office, which conducts observations of teachers.
