Salaries and Benefits
Caledonian teachers earn on a ‘per lesson taught’ basis. Therefore, the more lessons taught, the more money earnt. In short:
- We offer full time contracts between a minimum 20 and maximum 26 lessons* per week.
- A starting full time teacher can expect to earn from 15,000-19,000 Kc net.
* Each lesson or teaching ‘hour’ lasts 45 minutes. All classes at Caledonian last either 60 or 90 minutes
